Widam Food Company announces the results of the EGM The meeting was held on14/12/2025 and the following decisions are approved:

• Approved     the continuation of the Widam Food company.
• Authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Directors (inhis capacity) or his authorized representative to make the required amendmentsaccordance with the decisions of the General Assembly (extraordinary).
