Widam Food Company: Postponed it's AGM and EGM to 27/04/2026 due to lack of quorum

Widam Food Company announced  that due to non-legal quorum for the AGM and EGM on Monday20/04/2026,  therefore, it has been decided to postpone the meeting to Monday 27/04/2026  & 04:00 PM & at the Company’s headquarters located at Al Shoumoukh  Towers, Building B (Mezzanine Floor), or via Zoom electronic platform.
