Widam Food Company: Disclosure of Investment and Commerce Court Judgment in Case No. (2025/10292)

    Widam Food Company (Q.P.S.C.) announced the  judgment issued by the Investment and Commerce Court – Court of First  Instance in Case No. 2025/10292, filed against an (international) client. The  court ruled that the client, jointly with the company manager, shall pay  Widam Food Company an amount of QAR 5,206,597.63 (Five million, two hundred  six thousand, five hundred ninety-seven Qatari Riyals and sixty-three  dirhams) representing the outstanding debt due to Widam Food Company, in  addition to QAR 600,000 (Six hundred thousand Qatari Riyals) as compensation.  The manager’s liability shall be limited to QAR 1,050,000. The court also  ordered the defendant to bear the legal expenses.
