WidamFood Company: Discloses that it has filed a lawsuit against Toro PrimeroPrivate Limited at the Investment and Commerce Court under Case No. (10026/2025),with a total claim amount of QAR 168,376,993.43. This amount representsthe outstanding balances owed to the company by Toro, totaling QAR79,681,993.43, in addition to QAR 54,750,000 as compensation fordirect damages suffered by the company (lost profits and losses) resulting fromToro’s failure to fulfill its obligations, as well as a request to imposeannual interest at a rate of 18%.
