Postponement of the Extraordinary General Assembly due to the lack of a quorum

Widam Food Company announced that due  to the lack of a quorum required to hold the Extraordinary General Assembly  Meeting (Reserve) that was scheduled to be held today, Wednesday 16/04/2025,  the meeting (Second Reserve) will be postponed and the date and time will be  announce later.
