Eid Al-Adha Sheep Meat Price Support Initiative 1445 AH

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in coordination with the Ministry of Municipality and Widam, announced a price support initiative for Eid Al-Adha sheep meat from June 9 to June 19, 2024. Both local and imported sheep weighing 40 kg and above will be sold at 1,000 QAR each. The initiative is for Qatari citizens only, with a limit of one sheep per ID, and buyers must be 18 years or older. Sheep are available at Widam slaughterhouses with a slaughter and cutting fee of 50 QAR.
